Are the watches supplied by your company authentic and original pieces?

Unfortunatly this is also FAQ but understandable, it concerns a lot of money. We can confirm you that all watches are 100% original pieces. All watches sold come with invoice, reference number and serial number. In our invoices we state the watch to be 100% original.

Is your company an official Rolex dealer?

No, we are no official Rolex dealer, and therefore we can offer new and used Rolex watches at reduced prices. We can also trade in your used high grade time piece what an official Rolex dealer can't.

Are the watches you sell warranted?

All used watches we sell have an international world wide 12 month warranty. On new watches 24 month warranty.

Is it possible to trade in my old watch?

Yes, we can trade in your watch, please submit this purchase request form, with a detailed description. Please note that we only trade in watches with a minimum regular retail price above 1000,- euros.

How do I send you my exchanged watch?

You can send it by regular post, or by courier. We can also collect the watch for you in the EU at 50,- Euro, this service is provided by UPS.

How can I buy a watch from you?

  1. You can visit our shop and buy the watch directly in our shop by using a Paypal checkout (Limited to selected countries only). 
    Please give us a call or send us an email when you want to visit us, so we can reserve enough time for you.
  2. You can also buy the watch online, we will provide you an unique order number which you can login on our website to confirm you order.
    After confirmation an email order confirmation is sent to you with all possible payment options. The payment options are listed in this FAQ also.

What are your store hours?

Our store is opened: Monday to Friday from 10.00h - 18.00h and Saturday from 10.00h - 14.00h.

Were is Prüm located?

Prüm is located in Germany 100km south from Cologne. You can easily locate us using Google Maps.

Why do I have to confirm my order online?

As a costumer, you expect from us that we reserve and deliver you the ordered watch. To make sure that watches are not ordered spontaneously we ask you to confirm your order online.

How does the online ordering function?

If you would like to order we will provide you with a unique order number by email or telephone. With is order number you can login to our website www.uhrenfreund.com. At the bottom of every page you will find "order number". or "Auftragsnummer" where you can fill in the order number we have provided you and login. A new page will open with the order information. Please follow the instructions on the screen and submit your order. After confirming an order confirmation email is sent to your email address. In this order confirmation you find the instructions for payment.

How can I pay you?

  1. You can pay us by collecting your watch personal in our store, and pay cash, with creditcard or Maestrocard
  2. If the watch is sent by UPS to you, you can pay us by bankwire or PayPal. Please note that we can't process creditcards over the telephone or by email, only trough Paypal.

Can you send me the watch COD "cash on delivery"

Unfortunately we can't send you the watch COD!

How do you ship the watch?

We ship your watch with UPS Valuepack. Within the European Union we charge 25,- Euro. Outsite the European Union, Asia or USA we charge 55,- Euro

Can I sell you my watch?

Yes we also buy watches for cash. Please use the purchase request form on our website or send us an email.

Do you have a return policy?

Yes we grand a 14 day moneyback guarantee for all online transactions, shipping charges back to us at your charge.
